Antique Trucks & Machinery Show

Past Events

In spite of showers in the late afternoon, we had a successful first day of the Annual Show.
There were more than 70 vehicles,,machines and displays on the site. Hundreds of people attended, including many young families with children.
The steam train "Tami" was operating steadily during the day. The Boat Basin was a popular draw, along with Lou Desbiens and Friends and their model trucks, road-building and logging machines. They actually coordinated with the "Boat People" when they dropped logs into the pond for the tugboats to round up.
Mayor Sharie Minions attended with an entourage of kids, who checked out all of the activities on the site. She and her committee selected the 1926 "Federal" tow truck as the winner of the 2019 "Mayor's Choice" plaque. "Thank you" for performing this chore.
Day Two of the event opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 4 p.m.
Concession on site and plenty to see, both inside the IHC and outside.
Come check it out!

McLean Mill Event

On September 29, MMS President Mel Francoeur, Lyndon and friends, organized an event to invite visitors for a Fall Visit to the Mill site. The weather co-operated wonderfully and many folk cooperated to make the event a success.
